Common questions

Do I need an account? No. Nothing in the app asks you to sign in.

Where are my reviews and my date? On your phone only, encrypted. They are not backed up to us. "Erase everything on this phone" in Settings removes them for good.

Ask says I have reached today's allowance. Each phone gets 20 questions a day. It resets at midnight, your time.

Ask will not answer a medical question. That is on purpose. For withdrawal, medication or detox, call a doctor or 911. In a crisis, call or text 988.

Meetings shows only online meetings. The in-person list covers the St. Louis area. Outside it, the online meetings are still offered and the screen says so.
